the percentages should be 5% for beta then 15% for 1st then 30% for 2nd, 50% for 3rd and 90% for 4th, PS i know how 1st year hat was created,
it was created by inverting the colors pink and yellow (colors of beta hat)
im guessing that this years party hat (5th year hat) will be red and green cuz if u invert the colors on 4th year hat its those colors
